Delete while signed in
Customers can open My Account and use the Delete Account section. Provider owners can open Provider Account settings from their dashboard and use the same permanent deletion control.
What deletion does
Customer deletion removes the active customer profile and authentication account and removes reviews authored by that customer. Provider deletion removes the provider authentication account, public storefront, services, staff and provider account records. Historical booking records may be retained in limited or de-identified form where reasonably necessary for support, disputes, fraud prevention, platform integrity or legal obligations.
If you cannot sign in
Enter the email address associated with the SalonPlug account. For security, SalonPlug will not create a deletion request until you confirm a one-time verification link sent to that email address. The form does not reveal whether an account exists for an email.
