1. Using SalonPlug
You must provide accurate information, use SalonPlug lawfully, and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
2. Marketplace role
SalonPlug helps customers discover and book independent salons and beauty professionals. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the provider performs the beauty service and is responsible for the quality, safety, pricing and fulfilment of that service.
3. Bookings
Appointments are subject to provider availability. Customers should provide accurate contact information and attend confirmed appointments on time. Providers should keep services, staff, opening hours and availability accurate.
4. Reviews and content
Reviews should reflect genuine completed experiences. Users must not upload unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing or inappropriate material. SalonPlug may moderate or remove content that violates platform rules or applicable law.
5. Provider obligations
Providers are responsible for lawful operation of their businesses, accurate service information, staff authority, customer care and any licences, registrations or taxes applicable to them.
6. Fees and subscriptions
Provider subscription charges, free-access periods and applicable billing terms are shown in the provider account. SalonPlug may introduce or change pricing prospectively and will communicate material changes before they apply.
7. Suspension and termination
SalonPlug may restrict or suspend access to protect customers, providers or the platform, investigate misuse, enforce these terms or comply with law. Users may delete their accounts through the account settings or public deletion-request page.
8. Availability and liability
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, SalonPlug is not responsible for losses caused by independent provider services, events outside our reasonable control or misuse of the platform.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as SalonPlug develops. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
